Great location close to subway and restaurants with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The beds are also comfortable, and the hotel has a modern look to it.

The staff needs improvement on their communication skills and customer service. Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the rooms and replacing amenities, while the credit card machine had issues and needed management intervention.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms here are stunning - the wood paneling gives them a luxurious feel, and the lighting is perfect. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are beautiful. I also love that some of the wall outlets have built-in plug adapters, making charging my devices so convenient. The location is great too, with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. One of the front desk women even went out of her way to call me a car to the train station. I highly recommend this place!

I only have one small issue, and that is the language barrier. No one here speaks English, so communicating can be a bit difficult.

The breakfast buffet is adequate, but there are also plenty of eateries, bubble tea shops, and Starbucks, just a minute away from the hotel. the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and there are built-in plug adapters in some of the wall outlets.

We loved the gorgeous wood paneling and spacious rooms that were well appointed with built-in plug adapters. The hotel's location was mixed, but we found it to be conveniently located near restaurants, bubble tea places, and even a Starbucks. Plus, it was within walking distance to tourist hotspots and had easy access to transportation. The friendly staff, especially one front desk woman who helped us arrange a car to the train station, was a bonus. We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel accepted VISA as well.

The housekeeping staff seemed a bit understaffed and inefficient, as they sometimes forgot to replace our cups and other items. However, these were relatively minor issues overall, and we still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Amazing rooms, beautiful bathrooms, great lighting, convenient plug adapters, friendly front desk, walking distance to subway and attractions.
